How much does a Demandbase agency cost?
By Hojabr Sattari. . 6 minute read.
At PlanConversion, operating Demandbase costs $25K per month for a core pilot (3-month minimum, under 500 accounts), $40K per month for a full multi-channel program and $60K per month for enterprise scale across business units or regions. Media spend and the Demandbase license are separate.
What drives the cost
- Number of accounts and tiers in play
- Channels: Demandbase advertising only, or LinkedIn, search and content syndication too
- Business units, regions and languages
- Depth of CRM and reporting work required
- Whether sales plays and account reviews are part of the scope
What each level includes
- Core pilot ($25K per month): platform audit, account tiering, controlled campaigns, sales alerts and a pilot readout.
- Full program ($40K per month): everything in the pilot plus multi-channel execution and paid media management, typically 3 to 6 months.
- Enterprise scale ($60K per month): multiple business units or regions and large account lists.
How to judge payback
Compare the fee and media against influenced pipeline and win rates on target accounts versus non-target accounts. A program that cannot report account movement, meetings and opportunities from the CRM within one quarter is not ready to scale.
Agency vs in-house
In-house works when you already have an ABM lead, a marketing ops owner and paid media capacity. An agency fits when the license is underused, renewal is approaching or the team needs results before it can justify hires.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Demandbase license included?

Is there a long contract?
The pilot has a 3-month minimum. Later months depend on results.
